Poppy is a hand-shaped, modular light by Marc Sadler that I developed for Slamp — a poetic fusion of craft, color, and light.

Poppy was born from the meeting of light and poetry — a lamp that speaks of delicacy, movement, and craft. Its thin corollas are hand-shaped and airbrushed by our "Sarte della Luce", resting on red-lacquered brass stems that give it a bold, pop-inspired attitude. A silver-plated copper wire connects each flower, carrying low-voltage light that flows gracefully and naturally.

Designed by Marc Sadler, I oversaw the project development, turning his vision into an industrial product that stays true to the original concept while meeting Slamp’s production and commercial needs.

Poppy is modular and versatile — it can grow, transform, and adapt, just like a flower that always finds its way to bloom.
